I agree in principle with being good stewards of animals but fact is, a dog is incapable of unconditional love....as you said, it is a pack animal. Supposition does not make something true.
And pack animals are incapable of unconditional love?
Salt Lake County just enacted a law about chaining up dogs - with huge fines. Finally
